Aptiv Releases 2021 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Report

Aptiv's revenue in the fourth quarter of 2021 was $4.1 billion, up 2% year-on-year. After adjusting for exchange rates, commodity changes and asset divestitures, actual revenue fell 4%. Excluding special items, actual earnings per share were $0.56. Full-year revenue was $15.6 billion, up 20% year-on-year. Adjusted actual profit margin was 7.9%, and operating income was $1.23 billion.
