Aptiv Releases 2020 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Financial Report

Aptiv achieved revenue of $4.2 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020, a year-on-year increase of 17%. After adjusting for factors such as exchange rates, commodity changes and asset divestitures, the actual growth was 14%. Net profit reached $283 million, earnings per share were $1.04, and $1.13 after excluding special items. Full-year revenue was $13.1 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9%, mainly due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Net profit was $1.769 billion, earnings per share were $6.66, and $1.94 after adjusting for special items.
