Silan Jihong's 8-inch SiC power device chip manufacturing production line started construction

On June 18, Silan Jihong launched an 8-inch SiC power device chip manufacturing production line project in Haicang District. The total investment is 12 billion yuan, and the construction will be divided into two phases. It is expected to achieve an annual output of 720,000 8-inch SiC power device chips after completion. The production line will fill the domestic gap, meet the market demand of new energy vehicles, and promote the development of related industrial chains.
