STMicroelectronics and HHGrace collaborate to develop 40nm industrial/automotive MCU products

In the field of industrial control and automotive MCUs, STMicroelectronics has cooperated with HHGrace to develop 40nm industrial control/automotive MCU products. If the process development goes smoothly, it is expected that the product can start mass production before the end of 2025.
