Vietnamese electric car maker VinFast plans to build factories in India and Indonesia

On June 15, Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast plans to start production at CKD plants in India and Indonesia in 2025, with an expected annual production of about 50,000 vehicles in the first phase. VinFast is affiliated to private conglomerate Vingroup.
