Tinci Materials' subsidiary signs supply agreement with CATL

Tianci Materials announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningde Kaixin has signed a supply agreement with CATL. According to the agreement, Ningde Kaixin will provide CATL with approximately 58,600 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate for the production of electrolyte before December 31, 2025. This cooperation is expected to account for more than 60% of CATL's electrolyte supply, and the contract amount may exceed 10 billion yuan.
