Samsung acquires Rainbow Robotics

Samsung Electronics recently announced that it will spend 267 billion won to acquire a portion of the shares of South Korean robot company Rainbow Robotics, increasing its shareholding ratio from 14.71% to 35%, making it a subsidiary and including it in the consolidated financial statements.
