As TSMC implements price adjustments for advanced processes and packaging, it is expected that China's wafer foundries such as Hua Hong Semiconductor will increase prices by 10% in the second half of this year, ending a two-year decline. Currently, the capacity utilization rate of these wafer fabs has reached or exceeded 100%.
