H3C and Foxconn cooperate to build the first overseas factory in Malaysia

Taiwan Electronic Times reported that H3C announced a partnership with Foxconn to build its first overseas factory in Malaysia. The factory is expected to start production in September 2024. In the next two to three years, H3C also plans to set up factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Foxconn already has an 8-inch wafer factory in Malaysia with a monthly production capacity of about 40,000 wafers and process nodes of 28nm and 40nm. H3C will use these resources for production.
