Zhiji Auto Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent industrial and commercial changes, adding several new shareholders, including Bank of China Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. under Bank of China, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Zone Wending Investment Co., Ltd. under CATL, and China Pacific Insurance. At the same time, the company's registered capital increased from approximately RMB 10.85 billion to approximately RMB 13.77 billion.
