Xinlian Integrated Circuit has made important breakthroughs in the field of SiC chips

Since the mass production of planar gate SiC MOSFET by SIL in 2023, 90% of its SiC products have been used in the main drive inverter of new energy vehicles, and its SiC MOSFET shipments rank first in Asia. In the first half of 2024, the shipments of SiC MOSFET in the Chinese market ranked first among domestic manufacturers and sixth in the world. It has obtained designated purchases from many well-known vehicle manufacturers such as BYD, Xiaopeng, Weilai, Ideal, and GAC Aion, and has successfully entered the European market.
