Foton Daimler's implementation of "half-salary system" caused dissatisfaction among employees

Foton Daimler, the commercial vehicle brand jointly established by BAIC Group and Mercedes-Benz, has implemented a "half-salary system" since September, paying only 50% of the original salary, and this is limited to the Mercedes-Benz division in the joint venture between the two parties. The Auman division, which is managed by Chinese shareholder BAIC, still pays full salary.
