Geely Auto is actively developing solid-state batteries

Geely Auto has not only established an investment partnership with Weilan New Energy in the field of solid-state batteries, but has also set up a solid-state battery R&D team and is conducting joint tests with a number of power battery manufacturers. Geely has stated that the Solid-State Battery Joint Laboratory is one of the R&D units under the Zhejiang Innovation Center, and will focus on the R&D and industrialization of solid electrolytes, the core materials of solid-state batteries, and key battery cell technologies.
