Shenzhen South Circuit expands overseas market, invests 1.274 billion yuan in Thailand factory

Shenzhen South Circuit announced that in order to further expand overseas markets and meet the needs of international customers, the company invested in the construction of a factory in Thailand with a total investment of RMB 1.274 billion/equivalent foreign currency. The company has completed the registration of its Thai subsidiary and obtained the "Notice of Registration of Overseas Investment Projects" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the "Enterprise Overseas Investment Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Commerce. In addition, the company has signed a land purchase agreement to purchase industrial land in the Logana Industrial Park of approximately 70 rai, and has begun preparations for construction. The specific time of production will be determined based on subsequent construction progress, market conditions and other factors.
