Nvidia asks Samsung to modify HBM design, supply delayed

Samsung's stock price fell on the same day after Nvidia reportedly asked Samsung to make design changes to its high-bandwidth memory (HBM), which could lead to supply delays. The report was deleted shortly after it was published and Samsung denied it.
