MAHLE to sell U.S. automotive powertrain and engineering services businesses

German automotive parts supplier Mahle Group announced that it has agreed to sell the US division of Mahle's powertrain business to Belgium's Dumare Group. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year.
