German silicon wafer maker Siltronic opens new factory in Singapore

German silicon wafer manufacturer Siltronic recently opened a new 300mm (12-inch) silicon wafer factory in Singapore, with a total investment of 2 billion euros. The factory is located in the JTC wafer manufacturing park in Singapore, covers an area of ​​150,000 square meters, and is expected to become Siltronic's largest silicon wafer production base in Singapore.
