Volkswagen China has become the largest shareholder of Guoxuan High-tech, holding 24.7% of the shares. This partnership will help both parties achieve greater success in the global automotive market. Guoxuan High-tech's overseas battery production bases currently under construction and completed are located around the world, in Germany, Slovakia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia and the United States. These bases will provide battery products for the global market.
