Cerebras Systems confidentially files for IPO, with valuation estimated at $4.2-5 billion

It is reported that AI chip unicorn Cerebras Systems has secretly applied to securities regulators for an IPO with a valuation of approximately US$4.2 billion to US$5 billion. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in California, Cerebras focuses on the research and development of high-performance AI chips. The company has cooperated with institutions such as Abu Dhabi Technology Group G42 to jointly build supercomputers.
