Pure Semiconductor and Silan Microelectronics cooperate to promote the development of 8-inch silicon carbide chips

Pure Semiconductor announced that it will cooperate with Silan Microelectronics to provide technical support for the latter's 8-inch silicon carbide mass production line in 2025, and jointly develop trench silicon carbide chips. Silan Microelectronics is also building an 8-inch silicon carbide production line and is expected to provide exclusive foundry services to Pure Semiconductor.
