Tesla plans to deploy thousands of robots, with the number expected to reach 10,000 by 2025

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that he plans to deploy thousands of humanoid robots in 2025. These robots will receive actuators from Tier 1 suppliers, most of which are spare parts, and the rest will be assembled into robots. Training and collecting data takes time, and successful training can be counted as deployment. Since 2022, Tier 1 suppliers have provided actuators required for hundreds of robots, but only two have been successfully deployed so far. If thousands of robots can be deployed in 2025, the order should be at the level of 10,000 units, each robot needs 30 actuators, and the actuator demand will reach 300,000.
