HBM orders are fully booked through 2025, with strong market demand

Driven by the wave of artificial intelligence (AI), the demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) is growing rapidly. It is reported that the 2025 HBM orders of upstream storage manufacturers have been fully booked, and order visibility can reach the first quarter of 2026. SK Hynix and Micron's 2024 HBM are sold out in advance, and the 2025 orders are also close to full. Market research firm TrendForce predicts that HBM3e will gradually become the mainstream of the market in the second half of this year.
