Changdian Technology successfully acquired 80% equity of SanDisk Semiconductor

Changdian Technology announced that its proposal to acquire 80% of the equity of SanDisk Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Shanghai Minhang District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. The acquisition transaction price is approximately US$624 million. After the transaction is completed, Changdian Technology will hold 80% of the equity of the target company.
