Imagination Technology launches multiple RISC-V CPUs

Imagination Technology launched its Catapult series of RISC-V CPUs in December 2021 and the real-time embedded CPU core RTXM-2200 in 2022. In April 2024, the company launched the 64-bit core APXM-6200. In addition, the company has licensed its graphics technology to China's RISC-V International Open Source Laboratory (RIOS Lab) to support the PicoRio development board, which is the first development platform released by RIOS Lab.
