NVIDIA orders more than 140,000 wafers this year

NVIDIA has booked more than 140,000 CoWoS wafers this year, of which TSMC received 120,000 orders and Amkor received 20,000 to 30,000. These wafers will be used to produce GPUs, with an estimated total capacity of nearly 4.5 million. It is reported that only 16 sets of B200 chips can be manufactured on a 12-inch wafer, even with a 100% production yield. The earlier H200 and H100 chips can be packaged on a wafer. About 29 sets.
