GAC Group announced that it will share the wages and after-sales service of Hychuang Auto employees with its shareholders

GAC Group recently issued an announcement stating that it will jointly bear the wages and economic compensation of Hycan Auto employees with its shareholders. The announcement shows that the company and its holding subsidiary GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. will provide a loan of approximately 23.8 million yuan based on their shareholding ratio. At the same time, GAC Group also agreed that GAC Aion will take over Hycan Auto's after-sales service business and provide a loan of no more than 174 million yuan.
