Great Wall Motors and other companies jointly developed magnesium alloy shock tower

In August 2024, Great Wall Motors, Baoding Precision Mold, Baosteel Metal, Haitian Zhisheng Metal and other units jointly developed and successfully trial-produced a magnesium alloy shock absorber tower using Haitian Zhisheng Metal's 3000T magnesium alloy injection molding machine. The part has good molding quality, and no defects such as pores and cold shuts were found after flaw detection.
