CATL sues China New Aviation and Xpeng Motors

Tianyancha judicial case information shows that CATL has added a new court opening notice. The defendants are China New Aviation and Quanzhou Zhipeng Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. under Xiaopeng Motors. The case is about infringement of utility model patent rights. The case will be heard in the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province on January 24.
