This project mainly focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of power chips and power module products such as medium and high voltage IGBT, MOSFET, FRD, etc., which is expected to break the monopoly of foreign chip manufacturers in this field and bring new opportunities for the development of my country's semiconductor industry.
