ROHM acquires new factory and accelerates SiC product development

ROHM recently acquired Solar Frontier's Kunitomi-cho plant as its fourth SiC plant and plans to start producing 8-inch SiC substrates this year. ROHM has also established long-term partnerships with car manufacturers and Tier 1 companies such as Vitesco Technologies, Mazda, and Geely Automobile.
