Xinlian Yuezhou deploys forward-looking technologies

As the implementing entity of the Phase II project of Xinlian Integration, Xinlian Yuezhou not only deploys power device products, but also proactively deploys technologies such as SiC MOSFET, VCSEL (GaAs) and power driver (high-voltage analog IC). Among them, SiC MOSFET is mainly used in new energy vehicles, and the core technical parameters of the product are comparable to those of international leaders.
