Shenzhen Spark Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has been growing and developing since its establishment in January 2019. In May 2019, it began to accept customer orders. In May 2020, the company joined the World JEDEC Association and received an order from a Japanese automotive electronics giant in July of the same year. In December 2020, the product was successfully applied to Changan Automobile's pre-installed system. In April 2021, the product was mass-produced at BYD. In October of the same year, the company launched the dual storage solution patented product HM1. In December 2021, the company passed ISO9001 certification and national high-tech enterprise certification. In February and June 2022, the multi-threaded solution storage product CM1 and PSR patented storage product PM1 were mass-produced respectively. In December 2023, the company reached cooperation with OEMs such as Geely, Weilai, and Avita, and started mass production and delivery in 2024. The company plans to pass the IATF16949 automotive quality management system certification in October 2024.
