Pony.ai and Sinotrans Partner to Launch Real Commercial Freight Services

Since April 2024, Pony.ai has started to cooperate with Sinotrans and Sinotrans Logistics to provide real commercial freight services, realizing L4 autonomous heavy truck trunk logistics from Beijing to Tianjin. The first batch of freight goods are mainly fast-moving consumer goods. So far, Pony.ai has completed nearly 500 TEUs of real freight orders on this trunk logistics route, with a cumulative autonomous driving mileage of more than 45,000 kilometers.
