Infineon Technologies Builds New Semiconductor Backend Production Base in Thailand

Infineon Technologies AG recently announced that it will start construction of a new semiconductor backend production base in Samut Prakan, south of Bangkok, to optimize and further diversify its manufacturing business. The new plant is expected to be put into operation in 2026 and will flexibly adjust production capacity according to market demand.
