American chipmaker Wolfspeed has decided to put its Texas facility outside of Dallas up for sale. The data center is located in Farmers Branch and the price has not been disclosed. The facility consists of four buildings, one of which is a 14MW data center facility. The facility is part of the company's technology campus, which covers 26 acres and consists of seven buildings with a total area of ​​457,000 square feet. The four buildings cannot be sold separately.
