ASE Technology Holding expects AI revenue to double to $500 million this year

ASE Technology Holding expects that by the end of this year, the revenue of its AI business will double from the same period last year to reach US$500 million. The proportion of AI-related revenue in the total ATM (packaging and testing) business is expected to exceed that of last year, and legal persons and expectations are that the proportion will reach high single digits next year.
