Elements Green 360MW/720MWh Energy Storage Project Approved in the UK

UK developer Elements Green has announced that it has received planning permission for its 36MW Staythorpe battery energy storage system, which will be operational in August 2026 with a 40-year operating life, 360MW peak power and 720MWh storage capacity.
