EVE Energy completes acquisition of EVE Power

On January 14, China's lithium battery giant Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that it had completed the acquisition of 1.0962% of the equity of Yiwei Power held by a limited partnership in cash, with a total transaction amount of approximately 579 million yuan. After this acquisition, Yiwei Lithium Energy will fully control Yiwei Power. Yiwei Power is an important subsidiary of Yiwei Lithium Energy, focusing on power battery business, and successfully won customers such as Leapmotor Technology and AESI in 2024.
