Ningbo Cixing plans to acquire Wuhan Minsheng, and suspends trading pending further planning

Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. (Cixing Co., Ltd.) announced on the evening of January 14 that it is planning to acquire all or part of the equity of Wuhan MEMSonics New Technology Co., Ltd. (MEMSonics) by issuing shares and paying cash, and raise matching funds.
