Wuxi's integrated circuit industry output value exceeds 240 billion yuan

In 2023, the output value of Wuxi's integrated circuit industry will exceed 240 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7%. Wuxi has become one of the main birthplaces of the domestic integrated circuit industry, with a number of leading companies such as Huahong, Zhonghuan, Shenzhen South Circuit, CRRC, Qualcomm, Infineon, Changdian Technology, China Resources Microelectronics, Zhongkexin, Zhuosheng Microelectronics, Shenghe Jingwei, Xinjie Energy, and Pioneer Intelligence. Recently, Wuxi established a 5 billion yuan Jiangsu Province Integrated Circuit (Wuxi) Industry Special Fund to support the development of semiconductor equipment, materials and components, third-generation semiconductor materials, production entities and equipment, chip design and other fields. At the same time, a 1 billion yuan Wuxi Future Industry Angel Fund was established, mainly investing in cutting-edge future industries such as synthetic biology, general artificial intelligence, and quantum technology.
