TCL Technology acquires 20% stake in LG Display's Guangzhou factory for RMB 2.615 billion

TCL Technology recently announced that its holding subsidiary TCL Huaxing has acquired a 20% stake in LG Display Guangzhou Factory (LGDCA) at a price of RMB 2.615 billion. LGDCA is an important production base of LG Display in China, mainly producing LCD panels. After the completion of this transaction, TCL Huaxing is expected to achieve 100% control of LGDCA and its supporting mold factory through two transactions with a total cost of RMB 13.415 billion.
