GAC Group invests in establishing a new battery company in Korla, Xinjiang

GAC Group's subsidiaries Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Inpai Battery Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Ruoqiang County Deheng State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd. under the Ruoqiang County State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Xinjiang Huarui Fenghan Asset Management Co., Ltd. under the Finance Bureau of Korla Economic and Technological Development Zone jointly invested in the establishment of Youchuang Battery (Bazhong) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 45 million. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, sales, energy storage technology services, and sales of new energy vehicle battery replacement facilities.
