OpenAI announces it will stop providing API services to China

OpenAI, a world-renowned artificial intelligence company, announced that in order to maintain service quality and security, it will restrict API traffic from currently unsupported countries and regions. Starting July 9, OpenAI will begin blocking API traffic from non-supported countries and regions.
