ASE and NVIDIA work closely together

ASE's Siliconware Precision Industries has a close working relationship with NVIDIA. In addition to taking over the OS process of TSMC's CoWoS advanced packaging, it has also deployed testing capacity at the Central Science Park plant to meet NVIDIA's one-stop production service needs from wafer back-end to packaging and testing.
