Tesla and Michelin team up to test next-generation Uptis airless tire

Tesla is working with Michelin to test its next-generation Uptis airless tire. This tire has a service life three times that of ordinary tires and excellent puncture resistance. The Uptis tire is made of high-strength composite materials, and the inside of the tire is composed of flexible spokes that can bend according to road conditions and the weight of the car. This design reduces the safety risks caused by punctures.
