GAC Group's subsidiary Youpai Energy Technology participated in the establishment of a new company, Youchuang Battery (Bazhou) Co., Ltd.

GAC Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., together with other shareholders, established Youchuang Battery (Bazhou) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 45 million. The legal representative of the new company is Liu Taigang, and its business scope includes battery manufacturing, sales, energy storage technology services, and sales of new energy vehicle battery replacement facilities.
