Samsung Electronics Verifies CXL Memory Module DRAM Products

Samsung Electronics successfully verified its CXL Memory Module DRAM (CMM-D) product using its CXL infrastructure earlier this month, a first for the semiconductor industry. This milestone came about six months after Samsung Electronics verified the interoperability of its CXL memory product with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.3 in December last year.
