Apple is reportedly planning to build a new data center in Taiwan and is in talks with local manufacturers. This makes Apple another international company to set up a data center in the region after Google, Amazon AWS, Microsoft and Nvidia. Since Hon Hai (Foxconn) has long been Apple's partner and the world's largest AI server foundry, the industry generally expects Hon Hai to benefit the most. Other manufacturers that may participate in the cooperation include Quanta, Wistron and Inventec.
