The second phase of the National Big Fund invested RMB 885,840 in Calterah Microelectronics Technology

On January 13, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund II Co., Ltd. ("Big Fund II") invested RMB 885,840 in Calterah Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Calterah"), accounting for 0.7293% of its total shares. Founded in 2014, Calterah successfully mass-produced the world's first automotive-grade CMOS process 77/79GHz millimeter-wave radar RF front-end chip in 2017, achieving a breakthrough in the automotive pre-installation market. In 2019, Calterah launched a SoC chip with integrated radar signal processing baseband accelerator, bringing new changes to the development of high-performance, easy-to-develop, and miniaturized millimeter-wave radar sensors. In addition, Calterah also mass-produced the world's first 77GHz and 60GHz millimeter-wave radar package integrated on-chip antenna (AiP) SoC chip, accelerating the popularization of millimeter-wave radar in the automotive and industrial consumer markets.
