LG Energy Solution plans to produce Tesla's 4680 battery

LG Energy Solution plans to produce Tesla's 4680 batteries at its Ochang plant in South Korea from August, becoming the world's first battery company to mass-produce 4680 batteries. Preliminary estimates show that the plant's initial 4680 battery production capacity is 8 GWh, which can supply 110,000 electric vehicles.
